MONOCHROME PAINTINGS

M onochrome paintings is a paintings whose colour schemes used only one hue and its tints shades for a unifying effect. Basically this means working with one pigment only. Think of a black and white photograph where the only colour used in varying tone and you will get a clearer picture of what one means by a monochrome painting. Expert that in a monochrome one need not limit oneself to just tonal variations of the black, any one colour -blue,green,red,purple-- The paint has to be mixed and applied in varying degrees of strenghts to create the different tones in such a painting. The term generally used is weak and strong colour. K angaroos is a herbivores Animal and they eat grass,shoots and shrubs . 1-  Red kangaroos are the largest marsupial and can grow up to 2 meters 2-  On land kangaroos only ever move their hind legs together, however in water they kick each leg independently to swim. 3-  Kangaroos have excellent hearing, and like some other animals are able to move their ears in different directions without moving the rest of their head. 4-  Young kangaroos (joeys) will sometimes jump head first into their mother's pouch when frightened. 5-  There are four species of kangaroo. 6-  They largest kangaroo is the red kangaroo. 7-  Kangaroo's cannot walk backwards. 8-  Kangaroo's  can jump 30 ft  high 1 single jump. 9-  Kangaroo's use their tails to help balance while jumping. 10- Kangaroo's average life span is 23 years. 11- Kangaroo's can be 6 ft - 10 ft tall.

E lephant are herbivorous and will eat leaves, twigs, fruits, bark, grass and roots... 1. Life span - Elephant can live for up to 70 years . 2. Elephant normally walk about 4 mph. 3. Elephant are able to swim for long distance. They use their trunk to breath like a snorkel in deep. 4. Elephant consume as much as 300-495 pound of food per day. 5. They have the largest brains in the animal kingdom. 6. Elephant are the largest land-living mammal in the world. 7. An  adult elephant needs to  drinks around 210 litters of water a day. 8. Elephant are around 200 pounds when they are born. 9. Elephant sleep about 2 hours per day. 10.  The elephant's eyes are small and its eyesight is poor.

SHORT NOTE OF ASHOKA (269-232 BC)

A shoka, was an Indian emperor of the Maurya Dynasty who ruled almost all of the Indian subcontinent from C . 268 to 232 BCE. Ashoka was born to the mauryan emperor, Bindusara and a relatively lower ranked wife of his, Dharma (or Dhamma). He was the grandson of Chandragupta Maurya, founder of the Maurya, founder of the Mauryan dynasty. Ashoka was appointed the Viceroy of Taxila and Ujjain by his father, Bindusara. He was Ujjain when Bindusara, died. His formal coronation was delayed for four years, suggesting a disputed succession, A Buddhist literature says that he came to throne after killing his 99 brother. Regarded  as one of the greatest kings of all times, He was the first ruler to maintain direct contact with people through is inscription. SHORT NOTE OF DANDI MARCH (1930)

D andi march (1930) is also called the salt satyagraha. Major nonviolent protest action in India led by mohandas (Mahatma Gandhi ) in march _april 1930. Among with 78 followers, Gandhi started his march form sabarmati Ashram on March 12,1930 fro the small village Dandi to break the salt law. He reached the sea shore on april 6,1930. He picked a handful of salt and inaugurated the civil Disobedience movement.  In early 1930 Gandhi decided to mount a highly visible demonstration against the increasingly repressive salt tax by marching through what is now the western Indian state of Gujarat from his ashram (religious retreat) at sabramti (near Ahmadabad) to to the town of Dandi  (near Surat) on the Arabian Sea coast. He set out on foot on March 12, accompanied by several dozen followers. After each day's march the group stopped in a different village along the route, where increasingly larger crowds would gather to hear Gandhi rail against the unfairness...
